Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, and you are legally eligible to make payments. Please review your order carefully before submission, as no changes can be made after the order is confirmed.

• You must ensure that all product details, including quantities, are correct before finalizing the order.
• Orders cannot be modified once submitted, so verify all details carefully.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Mobile Payments
• Cash on Delivery (for eligible locations)

All payments must be completed before the delivery of products unless otherwise agreed during the checkout process.

Delivery Information

We deliver to locations across Accra. Orders placed before 7:30 PM will be processed for next-day delivery. Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size at checkout.

Refund Policy

Our refund policies are as follows:

• Refunds for Undelivered Orders: If we are unable to deliver your order due to our fault, you will receive a full refund.
• No Refund for Incorrect Orders: We do not provide refunds for incorrect orders caused by user error. Please ensure your cart is correct before confirming your purchase.
• Refunds for Damaged Products: If your order is damaged, notify us within 24-48 hours, and we will process a refund or replacement based on product availability.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately, and we will attempt to halt the order if it hasn't been dispatched. Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is out for delivery.
